Products of the Huirui iLAM+® series adopt a robot + multi-axis linkage motion mechanism, featuring multi-functional flexibility and wide application in the fields of complex part repair and surface strengthening. The heavy-duty robotic cladding equipment delivered this time is developed based on the iLAM+® series product R&D platform, specifically designed to meet the customer's needs for efficient repair and surface strengthening of large industrial parts. In response to the local power supply conditions, a 3-phase 200V integrated voltage stabilization and transformation power supply has been customized for the equipment. Moreover, in accordance with the characteristics of the local power grid, a 40KW UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) has been added, creating a tailor-made overall solution for high-performance metal component additive manufacturing and technical services for the customer.
