The new system offers three major improvements over its older counterpart: 

1、Robot mobile guide rail is installed inside the box to increase the robot's range of motion and be able to process operation inside and outside the box; 

2、The top of the box is equipped with a spoiler fan, which can accelerate the efficiency of the water oxygen purification cycle;

3、Built-in induction heating equipment, can preheat the repair workpiece, expanding the process window, to meet the needs of special materials for melting and cladding.

What  is this Machine Used for?

Examples include vavles, oil drilling tools and moulds.  The product range has been applied to additive repair and 3D printing of metal 

materials such as nickel-based superalloys, titanium alloys, aluminium alloys, cobalt-based alloys and high-strength steels.
